Box Steam Brewery

Box Steam Brewery

Founded in 2004, Marshall Ewart and Mark Hempleman-Adams,
set up the brewery as a hobby, using equipment inherited from Bath Ales. The
brewery lies just outside the villages of Box and Colerne in a
specially-adapted farm unit, surrounded by fields at the Southern tip of the
Cotswolds.
It has been under the present management of Andrew Roberts since 2006 and is
now a family-owned-and-run 10 barrel micro-brewery, rapidly becoming
recognised as a name associated with high quality hand-crafted, rather tasty
beers. A Fulton steam-boiler is used for brewing the current range of six
beers, hence the reference in the name!
