Cheddar Ales is a Somerset-based brewery with a strong reputation for quality - a fact reflected in the numerous awards it has already received during its short history. The brewery, a 20-barrel plant based at Winchester Farm on the edge of Cheddar village, was opened in 2006 by Head Brewer, Jem Ham.
All Cheddar Ales beers are brewed using only natural ingredients and they use only the best quality raw materials The brewery’s superb range of ales, it’s commitment to quality and the consistency of its products make it one of the country’s most exciting young microbreweries.
